When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 2–5 business days to process and produce your product.
Then you can add the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 3–7 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
All our shipments are free, already included in the product price.
Where will my order ship from?
We have production centers in several countries, including the USA, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and more.
Your order will be shipped from the closest facility whenever possible, depending on product availability and your location.
This helps reduce delivery times and often avoids customs fees.
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
No — you won’t pay shipping or customs fees if your order ships to:

We ship worldwide except to certain countries due to legal or transport restrictions.
This list may change, but currently includes:
Ecuador, Cuba, the regions of Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

How are the products made?
Each product is printed on demand, especially for you, at the facility closest to your location.
This allows us to offer high-quality products while reducing delivery times and our environmental impact.
How can I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by checking the following:
● Check your order confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in your shipping address.
● Ask your local post office about your package.
● Check with your neighbors in case the courier left your package with them.
💡 Pro tip: To avoid lost or stolen packages, if you won’t be home on the delivery day, consider using your work address or another safe location.
If the address was correct and the package isn’t with the post office or your neighbors, please contact us at contact@atomiclove.shop with your order number.
If there’s an issue with your shipping address, we’ll resend your product — however, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.

I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:
● Photos of the product
● Your order number
● Details about the issue
We’ll take care of it and offer a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
● We don’t offer returns or exchanges for size or preference, as each product is made especially for you.
● If you’re unsure about sizing, please check our size guide in the product description before placing your order.
● We only accept returns or refunds if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number, product photos, and any relevant information at contact@atomiclove.shop
